Patnitop holds scenery for the artist and the layman, mountains for the mountaineer, flowers for the Botanist and tall cedar pine forests and emerald green meadows. And never for two days together is this glorious panorama exactly the same. One day, Patnitop is filled with sea of rolling clouds through which gleams of sunshine light up the brilliant green of the meadows below. On another day there is no cloud in the sky and the whole scene will be bathed in a blue haze. Discover your own trekking or walking trails in and around Patnitop or go for a lovely drive around the scenic, curving mountain roads, which go through Deodar forests and across streams. Enjoy a meal or a drink on our beautiful terrace with a bonfire and gaze at the unobstructed views that extend as far as the town of Kud or the Natha Top Hills.

Green Cottage consists of two categories of rooms, namely Deluxe and Family Room. All the rooms are equipped with modern amenities and offer a sublime and panoramic view of pristine surroundings, lush landscapes and snow capped mountains which will leave you spell bound.

Nice views every room overlooks the valley. Every room has a small balcony. Great location and great service. Meals are cooked fresh and catered to your choice and taste. Overall god place for a short or long break. Maintenance and upkeep can be shade better to make it an excellent place.

We visited Patnitop in June this year. My wife and kids were together with me. We had pre-booked this hotel for two nights. The check-in was smooth and soon we were into our room on the first floor above lobby level. The rooms are quite decent and the highlight is the balcony which comes with every room and the views from there of the valley. All the rooms face the lawn and fountains in front of the hotel. The food is decent, the staff is friendly and service is good.

It’s a good place to stay if on a budget. It is located on the top away from the main town. Good photogenic view from the rooms. Staff was quite friendly and eager to help. Parking is situated in the hotel.
